These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and d789.asia ("d789", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). d789 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event affected by the following circumstances: incorrect odds published due to a technical or human error; events cancelled, postponed, or materially altered after the bet was accepted; or evidence that the relevant event has been subject to corruption, manipulation, or match-fixing. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the player's d789 account wallet.

• Bets are accepted at d789's sole discretion; d789 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Once confirmed, bets may not be amended or cancelled by the player unless a specific cash-out option is displayed and available.
• Bet settlement is final once processed; disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the bet's settlement time.
• In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the actual market price, d789 reserves the right to settle at the correct odds.

General conditions applicable to all d789 bonuses include the following:

• Registering more than one d789 account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to make deposits.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after funds have been used for wagering.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d789 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the d789 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if d789 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, d789 specifically excludes liability for the following:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by the player.
• Unauthorised access to your d789 account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
